    This guy makes the entire Chatanooga Police Department look like a joke. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have problems stopping anybody from speeding, or arresting any criminals. After watching this, I honestly believe that the Chatanooga Police Department carry water guns and plastic handcuffs with fur arounf it.
